The site is three miles from the start of the Monsal Trail, where guests can rent bikes or explore the former railway line on foot or on horseback, and less than 10 minutes’ drive from the trailheads of the High Peak Trail and Tissington Trail. This is the first National Trust campground in the Peak District and offers 40 tent sites, five RV sites and a ten-person camping barn.
