Police convicted a drug dealer who made his fortune trading cocaine on the streets of Newport.
Tyler Jones, 26, enjoyed a “lavish lifestyle” and drove sports cars before he was caught.
He was jailed for four years after being arrested after his doomed attempt to dump drugs down a drain.
Following his conviction at Cardiff Crown Court, PC Solomon Lowe said, “Tyler Jones lived a lavish lifestyle, buying designer clothes and driving performance cars on money he received from crime.
“The sentence imposed will be a clear warning to others that the exploitation of vulnerable members of the public for money will not be tolerated.”
